Braime Group PLC Warehouse Extension

The MAC team was appointed on behalf of Braime Group PLC to provide Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services on a project to deliver a new climate-controlled warehouse extension in Leeds.

The build is intended for use by its CNC chain cell operations, improving dispatching areas for its manufacturing division, and additional parking facilities.

Development consisted of the demolition of a lean-to portion of the despatch area then the construction of an extension to the factory.

The project was delayed as in the course of the construction builders encountered an unmarked well.

Despite the challenges, the MAC team helped to ensure the project was completed in good time.
