How we work

    We start with a desktop assessment of design details and construction information for each building.

  2. 02

    Opening up, inspection and sampling establish what the wall is actually built from, including cavity barriers and fire stopping.

  3. 03

    Reporting produces EWS1 forms with recommendations, and the same team can manage any remedial works and funding applications that follow.

Questions clients ask

What is an EWS1 form?
A record of the type and combustibility of the external wall build-up, used by lenders and valuers. We produce EWS1 forms and supporting reports.
Can you manage the remedial works?
Yes. Cost and project management of recommended works is part of the service, along with assistance applying for Government funding.
