What we provide

MAC works on behalf of academies nationally to deliver successful CIF, Public Sector Decarbonisation Fund, Post-16 Capacity and T Level Capital Fund bids, with an outstanding success rate and record-breaking results year-on-year. Our team are passionate about supporting academies to improve their teaching and learning environments, which can only improve outcomes for children and young people through better facilities.

We recognise that you might not have the in-house expertise, time and resources to commit to each funding process. As such, we support you to navigate every stage from an initial assessment of your needs, supporting you in gathering the required evidence, producing the bid, and providing a dedicated Project Manager to work with you in delivering the project.

We have generated over £180m in CIF funding alone over the last five years - covering more than 200+ projects ranging from £50k to £3.5m which have been delivered on time, to high quality standards and within budgets. Our commercial model is unique, and we are committed to maximising value for money for the academy and going the extra mile to deliver added benefits.

How we work

    We assess the estate first, so a bid is built on evidence of condition and need rather than aspiration.

    We produce the bid on your behalf, with costings and programme information that stand up to scrutiny.

    If funding is awarded, a dedicated project manager takes the scheme through delivery around the school calendar.
