Project & Programme Management
Taking you through every step of the project journey.

What we provide
Our dedicated Project & Programme Management team understand that when it comes to a construction project, one size does not fit all.
That’s why we spend time working with our clients to understand each project and its objectives.
As part of this we will evaluate different delivery options so that we can provide the best possible service offering, and regardless of the complexity of the project our tried and tested methodology always remains the same.

How we work
- 01
We define what success looks like with the client, then set the programme, procurement route and reporting rhythm around it.
- 02
We act as Employer’s Agent or contract administrator where that suits the contract, keeping decisions documented and design coordinated.
- 03
We stay accountable for the end date: risk registers, quality control and monitoring that reflect what is actually happening on site.
Questions clients ask
- What is the difference between an Employer’s Agent and a project manager?
- An Employer’s Agent carries defined contractual duties under a design and build contract. Project management is the wider role of planning, coordinating and reporting on delivery. We provide either, or both.
- Can you monitor a development we are funding or acquiring?
- Yes. We provide development, fund, purchaser and tenant monitoring on new build and existing developer shells.
- Do you get involved before there is a design?
- Yes. Feasibility studies, development appraisal and planning coordination are part of the service.
