Most of our directors have worked their way up through cost management, project management or building surveying, and several sit on the professional bodies’ assessment routes. Support towards chartership is arranged around the projects you are already working on rather than as a separate scheme.
Because appointments are held locally, you get direct client contact early: site visits, valuations, condition surveys and design-team meetings, with a director accountable for the advice going out.
