   Through delivery we hold the commercial position — valuations, change control, cash flow and risk — and report it in terms a board or trust can act on.

   At completion we close the account, capture benchmark data and hand over records that make the next project easier to cost.

Questions clients ask

When should we appoint a cost manager?

As early as the idea has a budget attached. Option appraisals and masterplan cost studies are where most value is protected, before design decisions harden.

Can you work alongside a contractor’s own commercial team?

Yes. We regularly act for the client alongside a contractor, providing independent valuation, change control and reporting.

Do you cover programme-level as well as project-level cost?

Yes. We provide programme level cost and commercial management, including benchmarking and KPI development across rolling programmes.
