Our approach

Advice you can act on,at the point it still matters

Most cost problems on construction projects are decision problems that surfaced too late. Our appointments are structured so the client hears the number, the risk and the option while there is still time to choose.

  1. 01

    Before there is a budget

Order-of-cost advice, options appraisal and, where relevant, what a funding bid will actually need to contain. This is the stage where a scheme is either made deliverable or quietly made undeliverable.

  2. 02

    Design and procurement

Cost plans that track design changes rather than reporting them late, procurement advice suited to the client's risk appetite, and tender documentation that can be priced consistently.

  3. 03

    On site

Valuations, change control, progress reporting and the difficult conversations handled early. Clients get one report they can take to a board, not a data dump.

  4. 04

    After completion

Final accounts settled properly, and where we hold building consultancy or safety appointments, the condition and compliance information the client needs to run the asset.

Accountability

You know which director is answerable for the advice

Appointments are held by a named director in the office nearest the site. That person attends the meetings, signs the reports and is the one you call.

Client quotations and testimonials are only published here once the client has approved them, so none appear on this page yet.
