Worksop Police Station Conversion

In 2021 MAC Construction Consultants were appointed by developers Bennell Ltd to act as Quantity Surveyors and Employers Agents in the conversion of Worksop’s former town centre police station.

The development consists of 22 one-bedroom flats, one two-bedroom, and one three-bedroom flat, all of which are built within the buildings existing three floors.

The central location is highly accessible and sustainable, with great public transport options for residents.

Despite delays in getting some services to the site due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the project was managed incredibly well and within budget.

The building still retains its original character as a former police station.
