In 2023, MAC provided Employers Agent and Principal Designer services on a T-Level funded project at North Herts College’s Stevenage Campus.
The project delivered refurbished classrooms and teaching areas, a mock hospital ward, independent living flat, lecture hall, student services and a science laboratory.
MAC worked alongside contractor Now Construction Limited, SAUNDERS Architecture + Urban Design, and G&G Design Services.
The project was completed on time and within budget.
